Our 18th baker at Baker X @ Orchard Central is Cherbax Tartyy, operating from 22 Feb to 4 Apr 2023, 11am to 9:30pm. We spoke to the founder to find out more about her baking journey. 

Cherbax Tartyy started as the founder is a foodie herself and loves all things tarts. She decided to bake Mini Tarts – her love for tarts in bite sizes!

Not only are Cherbax Tartyy’s tarts easy to munch on, they’re also easy on the eyes with a myriad of sweet and savoury flavours in vibrant colours to choose from. The price points of her tarts are incredibly affordable, one can enjoy Cherbax Tartyy’s tarts without breaking the bank.

The founder saw Baker X as an opportunity for her to experience and explore operating a cafe and understand the market to evaluate if Cherbax Tartyy is suitable for the market.

Through this initiative, Far East Organization aims to encourage the entry of new brands and enhance the business ecosystem in Singapore by providing customers with more choices and encouraging greater diversity.

 

Bakers work in a fully equipped baking studio and café, a physical space provided to them at no cost, over a period of 2 to 6 weeks to bake and sell.
